  • Immune System Booster

Ozone therapy, a form of biohacking, offers a range of potential health benefits. This alternative treatment involves exposing the body to ozone gas, which stimulates several physiological responses. One key advantage of ozone therapy is its ability to increase oxygen utilization and circulation, promoting cellular function and overall vitality. Additionally, ozone therapy can enhance the immune system, helping the body combat infections and diseases. It has shown promise in reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and supporting tissue regeneration, making it beneficial for individuals dealing with chronic conditions or injuries. Ozone therapy is also believed to support detoxification processes by aiding in the elimination of toxins and free radicals from the body. While research is ongoing, many proponents of biohacking and ozone therapy believe it has the potential to optimize health and well-being by promoting cellular and systemic balance.

Guilt-“Less” Creamy Berry Frozen Yogurt

Whip up a delicious healthy treat in less than 30 minutes!

20 oz. frozen berries of your choice. (raspberry, mixed berry, blueberry, strawberry, etc.)

2 1/4 cups whole milk Greek yogurt. (my favorite is honey vanilla)

2 T. vodka. (Yes, vodka! The small amount of vodka keeps the ice cream from freezing solid when stored in the freezer)

1/2 c. sugar (or artificial sweetener, i.e., Truvia, if you don’t want added sugar.)

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t like the seeds, strain and discard the seeds. Freeze the yogurt mixture in an ice cream maker according to the instructions. (Usually churning for 15 – 20 minutes.)

Serve the frozen yogurt soft serve-style directly from the ice cream maker or transfer to a container and place in the freezer.

Enjoy the guilt-less treat! Berries are rich in antioxidants and full of vitamins and minerals, and Greek yogurt adds protein, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics!
